happycapA plate of freshly made french fries is a beautiful thing, especially when topped with gravy and mozzarella cheese. Tonight though I asked myself if my love for fries is actually a front for an obsession with ketchup. If there was a way to fry ketchup would I still love french fries? I'd like to think so, but fried shoestring ketchup sticks topped with bacon and hot sauce could be pretty delicious.
