Exploring has had a huge influence over my photographic life, but by no means is this solely an "exploring website". This site is my outlet for all my creative endeavors, whether they be exploring photography, nature photography, model photography, digital art, or even video production.

Background information at Wikipedia:
Jamie Livingston (October 25, 1956 - October 25, 1997) was a New York-based photographer, film-maker and circus performer. Between March 31, 1979 and October 25, 1997, the day of his death, he took a single picture nearly every day with a Polaroid camera.

50 states/50 photographersThe 50 States Project
Each photographer lives in one of the 50 States and during the year long project each photographer will represent the State where they currently live. Every two months each photographer will be sent an assignment by e-mail, they then have two months to produce one image in response. The images must represent both their style and their State.

Tokyo's film camerastokyo camera style
We are at the point where people who shoot film do simply because they choose to, and the Photo Culture of Tokyo is full of film camera users. When I meet them out on the streets I'll ask to photograph their camera, and post it here.

abandoned technologySave Polaroid - Save Instant Film
On February 8, 2008 Polaroid Corporation announced that it will discontinue production of the instant film that made the company a household name. This site will document the aftermath of this announcement and will serve as a home-base for the effort to convince another company to take over and begin producing the cherished technology that Polaroid has abandoned.
staging common objectsEyal Pinkas
As an artist I want to create a world inhabited by objects captured in a state of conflict between their inner and the exterior realities. Performing a playful behavior can fill the existential gap that is created as a result of this conflict. On a visual level this behavior leads to forms of disguise. Even chairs, mattresses or wallpapers can be seen as costumes. As always, costumes represent the realm of the imaginary.
